Returning home after incarceration comes with real barriers — housing, employment, community. Illuminating Light connects people with the resources and employer relationships to make reentry work.
Right now, Illuminating Light provides referrals to housing and support resources, plus direct connections to employers ready to hire. We do not currently operate housing ourselves — we're actively building toward a formal partnership with an established Florida reentry housing provider. This page will grow as that partnership does.
We'll connect you with housing referrals, community resources, and employers open to second-chance hiring in your area.
Hiring someone with a record comes with real, free incentives: a $5,000 fidelity bond (Federal Bonding Program) and up to $2,400 in tax credits (WOTC) per hire, at no cost to you.
